Payment Policy

I waive and release NSP/CR from all liability, claims, or causes of action from any loss, injury, or damage related to my participation, whether from negligence, contract, tort, or otherwise. I understand the risks, including injury, illness, disability, or property damage. I agree to defend and indemnify NSP/CR from third-party claims or legal fees related to my participation. I fully accept all risks, including injury, death, or property loss. I will follow all rules; failure may result in termination from the event. I understand NSP/CR may record photos or video, and I consent to their use including any media I upload featuring myself for public or promotional purposes. By accepting this Release digitally or in writing, I confirm I’ve read and understood it, had the chance to seek legal counsel, and sign voluntarily. I understand this includes: (A) releasing NSP/CR from liability; (B) not suing; and (C) assuming all risks.
